These five Toads from the North London/Barnet area form a band that draws on a variety of influences from classic rock, metal, blues, funk and a lot more besides to create a sound which is hard to pin down but easy to rock out to! Comparisons have ranged from the likes Sabbath to Zeppelin and Primus, with everything in between. After a well-received 1st album released in 2011, the addition of a second guitarist and new drummer further evolved their sound. With the new line-up, the band competed in the London Metal 2 the Masses competition and won the final to earn themselves a spot on Bloodstock Festival in 2015. With a second album currently in the works, Wretched Toad are on a mission to bring their cold-blooded creations to the world, warts and all!
