hree Mile Smile, originally a 2 piece power pop studio band, have taken 2019 to showcase their debut album ‘Generation Why’ with a full line up. Expect an eclectic blend of the best of British power pop and rock from the past 50 years.
a 3 piece Alternative Rock band formed in Brighton, U.K. in 2018 by Ren Woods (lead vocals/guitar), Travis Powers (Bass/backing vocals) and Jacob Andrews (Drums).
With influences ranging from the driving rhythmic nature of Demob Happy and Biffy Clyro to the vocal versatility and range of Audioslave and Muse, Gnarlah have been raised around all variety of rock. They have brought together their experience to form a fresh new sound ready for the next generation of heavy music with catchy hooks. With lyrics underlining issues with modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new ideologies surrounding technology.
DYGL(pronounced “day-glo” ) is an indie-rock band from Tokyo, Japan.
The band consists member Nobuki Akiyama(vocal&guitar), Kohei Kamoto(drums), Yotaro Kachi(bass),
and Yosuke Shimonaka(guitar), formed in 2012 when they were students in Meiji Gakuin University.
In 2015, they released through audio cassette and the Internet by themselves,
which managed to draw music loversʼ attention around the world.
In May 2016, after combining all the factors influenced by the general indie-rock, including sound,
style, and scale, they completed and released the first EP ‘Donʼ t Know Where It Is’ ; with 6 songs in it.
In the summer of 2016, they finished the Japan Tour before produced 2 new songs and released
the 7-inch record 『Waste of Time』. Aaron Dobos (made the Avalanchesʼ s new album 『Wildflower』)
was in charge of recording, mixing and mastering of this EP.
In the fifth year since their foundation, they released the first album『Say Goodbye to Memory Den』
on April 19, 2017.
All the songs in this album are produced by the solo artist/guitarist of The Strokes, Albert Hammond Jr.,
and the producer of The Strokes, Gus Oberg.
They made the album release tour not only in Japan but also in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, I
ndonesia, Korea, with 25 cities and 27 concerts. Besides that, they also made the tour to 7 cities in China
with 7 concerts. The show was done in 32 cities 34 concerts in total.
In 2017 summer, at the biggest rock festival, FUJI ROCK FES17,
they made a show in front of over 5000 people.
