With their debut album out now, The Kumari are a high energy London garage/psych/melodic rock band trio. The band have 5 critically acclaimed singles/45s under their belts, released on international Indie record labels.
The Kumari have been regarded as ones to watch within London’s fledging live music scene and journalists . Described by the fuzz guitar music lover’s go to ‘Shindig Magazine’ as having “uncovered sparkle and promise”…and “a little menacing and a little enticing in equal measure” by Artrocker Magazine. Not to mention “a band to keep close tabs on, they have some major jangle yet to share” – The Knights of Fuzz ‘Garage rock bible’
Magik Moka born after the experimental-prog band WAP met the singer Jordan and the guitarist Jake.
Together they started to work on a new multi-influenced project that mixes dynamically elements.

Named after the band’s grandma, Thelma Ball maintain a spotlight on the softly medicated culture in which we inhabit. Through the campaign of their debut effort Self Help EP, they have gained support from multiple online publications such as Indie Underground, Gigs and Freudian Slips, Beehive Candy, Cosmic Racket, Entertwine, Indiependent and more.
Having honed their live show over many London venues, as well as support slots for Skinny Girl Diet, Time for T, Baywaves, Dronningen and Longy & The Gospel Trash, Thelma Ball released their new single, ‘I Could Be Happy’ in Feb 2019 and plan to follow up with more singles and a string of UK dates. I Could Be Happy is the first single of Thelma Ball’s newly recorded material, showcasing their developed sound and modern day commentary.
