Southampton’s Toreador return with new single ‘Something About You’ accompanied by eerie visuals by Gingerdope. The single brings together the three-pieces’ signature blend of gigantic guitars, snaking rhythms and butter melting harmonies that evoke comparisons to Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zepplin.

Appearing on stage with acts such as The Wytches, Tigercub, The Amazons and Yonaka whilst creating a cult following in their hometown Southampton has allowed the band to hone in on the craft of their thundering live show. Bringing all their power and energy from their records to life has people coming intrigued and leaving hooked.

Mica Jane
Mica Jane is an Indie Folk singer songwriter. Her culturally mixed background has inspired her to write music that infuses different walks of life. Though her core is Folk she doesn’t shy away from incorporating the sounds of Reggae in the charismatic bass lines and keeping an uplifting feel with African and Indie Rock inspired beats and grooves. She has hit the ground running with her newly formed four piece band touring around Guildford Basingstoke and London. Aspiring to capture the poetic visceral power of Bob Marley’s lyrics combined with the fascinating and sweet melodies of the Staves Mica Jane’s warm and witty storytelling is not to be missed.

Hydrocele
Previously described as; “The hottest thing to come out of Surrey since Judi Dench in GoldenEye”.
Since forming in early 2017, after meeting within the green hills of Lingfield, HYDROCELE haven’t stopped for breath. Now hot on the heels of their widely acclaimed debut single ‘THE SHAPESHIFTER’, the HYDROCELE guys are back with another massive tune in the shape of ‘CONTENT WITH CONCISE’ Produced by Pete Dowsett at RYP Recordings. Another rock, pop-tinged track with more hooks than a fisherman’s box, singalong sections included, this is definitely going to further their burgeoning reputation as a band to watch out for.

Consisting of Freddie Wortley (lead vocals and Guitar) Neemah Wright (Guitar) Jonny Faires (Bass) and Ian Wilson (Drum skin destroyer), the band are currently back in the studio laying further tracks down. There is also an EP due for release in early 2018, also Produced by Pete Dowsett.
As if this wasn’t enough the band have enlisted the highly
acclaimed E.N.V. Music to produce 3 stunning remixes of ‘THE SHAPESHIFTER’, currently garnering support across clubs and specialist radio. E.N.V. Music is also currently producing a grime track as a collaboration between the band and the much talked about grime act UDK.

Hydrocele played a sold out KOKO in January 2018 with Notting Hill Music. With the Industry Group onboard as their booking agent, Right Track/Universal looking after their Distribution and Rush Release looking after Promotion/ Marketing, watch this space!
